Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, TAFL Game Studio tarafından geliştirilen Buffy Block Puzzle ve taflgamestudio.com web sitesi için geçerlidir. Buffy Block Puzzle hesap açmanı istemez; oyun ilerlemesi geliştiricinin sunucularına gönderilmez.

01Veriler ve kullanımları

  • Oyun verileri: Oyuncu adı, seviyeler, skor, altın, can ve ayarlar kendi cihazında saklanır. Oyunu kaldırmak veya Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizlemek bu verileri siler.
  • Reklamlar (Android uygulaması): Buffy Block Puzzle, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) ile ödüllü ve geçiş reklamları gösterir. Google Mobile Ads SDK; IP adresinden yaklaşık konum, uygulama etkileşimleri (uygulamanın açılması, dokunmalar ve video reklam görüntüleme gibi), tanılama bilgileri ve reklam/uygulama kimlikleri (Advertising ID ve App Set ID gibi) toplayıp Google ile paylaşabilir. Google bu verileri reklam sunma ve ölçme, analiz, sahtekarlığı önleme ve güvenlik amaçlarıyla işler.   • Reklam rızası: Gerekli bölgelerde Google UMP rıza formu gösterilir. Uygulama reklam isteğini yalnızca rıza alındığında veya rıza gerekmediğinde gönderir. Tercihlerini Ayarlar → Reklam ve gizlilik tercihleri bölümünden yeniden açabilirsin. Reklam kimliğini Android gizlilik/reklam ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsin.
  • Uygulama içi satın almalar: Altın ve can paketleri Google Play Billing üzerinden alınır. Ödeme ve kart bilgilerini Google Play işler; uygulama kart numaranı veya ödeme kimlik bilgilerini almaz. Android uygulaması satın alınan ürünün kimliğini, durumunu, miktarını ve satın alma belirtecini ürünü teslim etmek ve aynı satın alımı iki kez işlememek için alır. İşlenen belirteç cihazında saklanır ve satın alımı tamamlamak için Google Play'e gönderilir; satın alma bilgileri geliştirici sunucusuna gönderilmez.
  • Bize e-posta gönderdiğinde: Mesajını ve e-posta adresini yanıt vermek ve talebini ele almak için kullanırız.
  • Web sitesi kayıtları: Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinde sunucu ve altyapı sağlayıcısı güvenlik ve hizmetin çalışması için IP adresi, tarayıcı türü ve istenen sayfa gibi teknik bilgileri işleyebilir.

02Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

  • Google: Android oyunundaki reklam ve rıza bileşenleri Google Mobile Ads SDK ve Google UMP'yi kullanır; yukarıdaki veri akışı Google hizmetlerince işlenir.
  • Google Play: Uygulama içi ödeme, satın alma ve ödeme kartı bilgilerini yöneten Google Play Billing tarafından işlenir.
  • Cloudflare: Web sitesi güvenlik ve erişim için Cloudflare altyapısından sunulur. Cloudflare teknik istek verilerini kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler.
  • Google Fonts: Web sitesi yazı tiplerini Google sunucularından yükler; bu sırada IP adresin Google'a iletilebilir. Android oyunu yazı tiplerini uygulama içinde kullanır.

Android oyununda AdMob dışında ayrı bir analiz SDK'sı kullanılmaz. AdMob reklam ölçümü ve güvenliği için uygulama etkileşimlerini ve tanılama verilerini yine de işleyebilir.

03Çerezler

Web sitemiz reklam veya analiz amacıyla çerez kullanmaz. Dil tercihi tarayıcının yerel depolamasında tutulur. Altyapı sağlayıcısı güvenlik için gerekli teknik verileri işleyebilir.

04Çocukların gizliliği

Buffy Block Puzzle, Google Play'de 13 yaş ve üzeri hedef kitle için listelenir ve 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan ad, iletişim bilgisi veya konum istemeyiz. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri gönderdiğini düşünüyorsan aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaş.

05Verileri silme ve hakların

Oyuncu profili veya oyun ilerlemesi geliştirici sunucusunda tutulmaz. Cihazdaki oyun verilerini silmek için uygulamayı kaldırabilir veya Android ayarlarından Buffy Block Puzzle uygulama verilerini temizleyebilirsin. Google'ın reklam hizmetlerince işlenen veriler ve reklam kimliği için Android ve Google gizlilik/reklam kontrollerini kullanabilirsin. This policy applies to Buffy Block Puzzle, developed by TAFL Game Studio, and to the taflgamestudio.com website. Buffy Block Puzzle does not require an account; game progress is not sent to the developer's servers.

01Data and how it is used

  • Game data: Your player name, levels, score, coins, lives and settings are stored on your own device. Uninstalling the game or clearing Buffy Block Puzzle's app data in Android settings deletes this data.
  • Advertising (Android app): Buffy Block Puzzle shows rewarded and interstitial ads using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share with Google your approximate location inferred from your IP address, app interactions (such as app launches, taps and video ad views), diagnostic information, and advertising/app identifiers (such as the Advertising ID and App Set ID). Google processes these data to serve and measure ads, for analytics, fraud prevention and security. See the Google Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google partner policies for details.
  • Advertising consent: Where required, Google's UMP consent form is shown. The app requests ads only after consent is obtained or when consent is not required. You can reopen your choices under Settings → Ads & privacy choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's privacy/advertising settings.
  • In-app purchases: Coin and life packs are purchased through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payments and card details; the app does not receive your card number or payment credentials. The Android app receives the purchased product ID, status, quantity and purchase token to deliver the item and prevent duplicate processing. The processed token is stored on your device and sent to Google Play to consume the purchase; purchase information is not sent to the developer's server.
  • When you email us: We use your message and email address to reply and handle your request.
  • Website logs: When you visit the site, our server and infrastructure provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser type and requested page for security and to operate the service.

02Third-party services

  • Google: The Android game's advertising and consent components use Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google UMP; the data flows described above are processed by Google services.
  • Google Play: In-app payments are handled through Google Play Billing, which manages purchases and payment card information.
  • Cloudflare: The website is served through Cloudflare for security and delivery. Cloudflare processes technical request data under its own privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts: The website loads fonts from Google servers, which may send your IP address to Google. The Android game uses fonts bundled in the app.

The Android game does not use a separate analytics SDK in addition to AdMob. AdMob may still process app interactions and diagnostic data for ad measurement and security.

03Cookies

Our website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. Your language preference is kept in your browser's local storage. Our infrastructure provider may process technical data needed for security.

04Children's privacy

Buffy Block Puzzle is listed on Google Play for a target audience aged 13 and over and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 for names, contact details or location. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us at the address below.

05Deletion and your rights

We do not keep player profiles or game progress on developer servers. To delete game data on your device, uninstall the app or clear Buffy Block Puzzle's app data in Android settings. Use Android and Google privacy/advertising controls for data processed by Google's advertising services and for your advertising ID. For questions about our privacy practices, email [email protected]. Your rights under KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR remain unaffected.
